How Our Process Goes

• We Kick things off with a virtual meeting where you can ask us questions, get familiar with how our process works before purchasing anything!
Step 2:
Pay the Placement & Training Fee
This fee covers:
• Custom sourcing and vetting of a qualified VA
• Personalized VA training based on the client’s requirements
• Weekly 30-minute check-in calls with VAJay for the first 90 days
*This is a One-Time Placement & Training Fee that covers full recruitment, customized 4-week training and onboarding tailored to your business needs so your VA is ready to perform from day one. After that, a low monthly management fee keeps your VA supported and accountable.
Step 3: Onboarding
• We learn your business inside and out, create a custom task list and train your VA so when they start it feels like they've been part of your team for years.
Step 4: Get Matched
• VAJay matches the client with a VA based on clients needs.
• A meet your Va meeting is scheduled between the client, VA, and one of VAJay admins.
Step 5: VA Training
• Your VA completes a four-week, hands on training program, working daily to learn your business and processes. Each week, we'll update you on their progress and what they've mastered.
Step 6: Meet your VA
• A meet your Va meeting is scheduled between the client, VA, and a VAJay admin.
Step 6: Weekly 30-Minute Check-Ins (First 90 Days)
Weekly check-ins with VAJay to ensure the VA is meeting expectations.
• Coaching and retraining available if adjustments are needed.
